Shipping Policy

Charge Policy
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of the day you make the purchase.

For Internet Orders, the order will be charged within 24 hours of placing the order, or longer if you place your order over weekends (Friday after 6pm to Monday 8am EST) or Holidays. You will have the opportunity to print your invoice after the order is "placed". We do not include invoices with shipments ordered on the Internet.

For Telephone/Faxed/Mailed Orders: the order may be processed same day if received before 4pm EST, depending upon your specific requests and the availability of the product you order. You will receive a receipt with your shipment.

Check Payment Policy
We accept personal and business checks for orders placed, but we reserve the right to delay shipments of orders paid by check for up to 10 days for check clearing. You may opt to use the Online "check pay" feature associated with our Internet shopping cart. There will be a $25 "returned check fee" for all checks returned to us by your bank.

Return Policy

You may return your Avantext product (except for Cessna products: all Cessna sales are final) within 30 days of delivery of your first subscription installment for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging at your expense. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Returns After 30 Days

There are no returns, refunds or credits for any unused portion of a subscription after thirty (30) days. Customers may place subscriptions on hold. Avantext will not refund nor apply any unused portion of a subscription towards any other subscription.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel orders, please call us at 1-800-998-8857 or 1-610-862-1054. You can also send your cancellation request to sales@avantext.com. Cancellations must occur before order is actually shipped.

Advertising Policy
Avantext currently does not offer advertising space on products, packaging or literature or website pages for any non-Avantext products. We reserve the right to provide a page on our website to show Internet Links that may belong to related products and services. All such requests for links are required to receive prior approval from the Webmaster. We reserve the right to show and remove any links or banners from our website at any time, and in addition, we reserve the right to charge for advertising space on our website.
Limited Warranty
Avantext, Inc. warrants that the software will perform substantially in accordance with our product literature and documentation. Any implied warranties on the software are limited to 90 days past the date of contract termination.

Remedies
Avantext entire liability and any exclusive remedy shall be repair or replacement of the software that does not meet this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the software has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. Any replacement software will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

No Other Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avantext and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the software and the accompanying written materials.

No Liability For Consequential Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Avantext or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this product, even if Avantext has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Special Provisions
U.S. Government Restricted Rights. The software product and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the United States Government is subject to restrictions, as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.
