When you need help, you need it fast. Our Customer Support team is available to help you from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (18:00H) Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday. You can call us at (800) 998-8857 inside the US or Canada or at (610) 862-1054 outside the US or Canada.

To provide assistance to a customer, Customer Services will confirm that the user has an active, paid subscription to the product he is calling about, and that he/she is the user of record for that subscription or is an authorized representative of the user of record. Only customers who have an active subscription and can provide enough information to indicate that they are legitimately part of the subscribing company will receive assistance for the products to which they are subscribed.

Instructions:

Please click the link under the product that you would like to update. You will see a file download prompt, please choose run. Immediately following, you will see a security warning, please choose run. Now you are presented with a setup wizard, please accept all defaults and choose next for every step. When you are presented with the finish button, choose finish and the update is complete.
