The Avantext Customer Support group strives to provide the best quality and timely support to users of all products sold by Avantext. Those products include the following: Airworthiness Directives Library TechPubs Maintenance Libraries Advisory Circular CD Avantext Customer Support Representatives are available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 5:30 pm on Friday Eastern Time (GMT – 5). Users who contact Avantext outside of those hours will be responded to as quickly as possible on the next business day. In 2010, Avantext offices are closed on the following days: May 31, July 5, September 6, November 25 & 26, December 24 and December 31.
